Dracoo Apparel is an independent Australian streetwear label rooted in underground youth culture. Founded by Kumbi in 2021, operated with his best-friend and co-founder Wol ; the brand leans hard into bold, logo-led graphics and clean street silhouettes (tees, hoodies and accessories), often using stark palettes and high-contrast treatments. Dracoo positions itself as a grassroots, drop-driven street brand that's active on social platforms and selling through its Shopify storefront and third-party marketplaces; with visual identity work that leans toward skate/street aesthetics and energetic, slightly aggressive typography and marks.
DRACOO! is a art platform to us ran by all different types of vessels that bring the brand to life. To live the concept of creativity to its fullest with no rules, guidelines or media to keep us form striving. We solely believe in the expression of individualism in any art form, whether it be through garments, sounds and film. Use our brand to build your own character, we've already built ours, what's yours?

WORD FROM KUMBI
"I never even started the brand with clothes to be honest, I actually just wanted to make videos & music. Whether it was entertaining or educational, rap or accousitc; I always had this hunger to put something out there. I'm a heavy Adobe geek. At 10 years old I used to want my videos to look so good, but the only way right was through Adobe. The moment I moved to Australia and got my hands on it, I unleashed all my creativeness relentlessley, it was so free!
I moved to graphic designing in Photoshop, which led to designing... clothes! Realizing that I can put whatever on whatever, I went straight for the most tekky designs, put them on Shopify and got my first order... which was my best friend, Wol. Took me a bit to get around more orders but they never came, so... I dropped it. I dropped Dracoo completeley back in 2021 because I wasn't feeling the passion from designing which led me back to music.
See, I only know how to create, rarely to consume. Me doing music was a way to let myself know that hey, you can still create art without critique or pressure on results. That's what music was for me. knowing people will jam to lyrics I wrote sent excitment up my spine for 2 years, then... I dropped music (partially) and went back to fashion, but this time I felt like I knew what to do.
Using the momentum from music, it transcended perfectly into my fashion world. This time people could buy into vision, & sound which boosted my work rate by far.
Now, I'm just a multidisciplinary creative, I don't know what to create, my brain creates for me. I don't limit myself to what I can create and put out there, I just put, with no excuses... and to me that's freedom. That creative freedom in every creative is real, it burns, and it's a hard fire to put out when it's already lit. I've faced a fair share of challenges being an artist and creative director for the brand but without the people I had working with me, it would've been impossible. It's less about my own creative fulfilment now but to help others fulfil their creative dreams. For example Past Curfew, our newly launched music series that will showcase all types of music talents across the places I travel, giving me legroom to discover art I and my people haven't seen before."
So join me, in this journey to use creativeness as freedom, a key to a fulfilling life of art. All forms and all variables.
